Raleigh is a major city in United States of America and the capital of North Carolina.

It hosts PRT department 43,[1] Where Cask worked part time as a member of first the Wards and later the Protectorate, starting in 1998[2] until 2012 when he transferred to Anchorage to become a full time member.[3]

Roughly two years after the incident, the remains of city were infested by the Machine Army.[4]
